Expect issues like a leaking ceiling in the boot room and icy stairs that might pose a hazard, particularly in snowy conditions. The carpets and general furnishings are showing their age, and while the facility may have a cozy vibe, it badly needs a facelift. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at best, leaving me frustrated when I needed to check in with friends back home.

A lovely hotel experience but requires attention in specific areas.

The experience was lovely and I can't wait to come back. The staff were very very helpful and best and gave me good recommendations. The room was spotless and modern with an exceptional view of the lake and Grande Motte. I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast.

It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station. The staff was best and excellent, just as I expected. The breakfast was incredible, with a great selection of meals.

The location was really good, with amazing mountain views from our room. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We appreciated the lovely breakfast box provided for our early checkout. It added a nice personal touch. The perfect view of the mountains during breakfast made mornings special.

The pool was cold and the woodwork was rotting, charming! Not to mention how I had to chase the staff multiple times for responses, definitely great service. I also expected a complimentary welcome drink for the price I paid, but I guess that would have been too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

I loved how easy it was to walk from the hotel to the fine Lac de Tignes, just 500 meters away, and enjoy a leisurely stroll in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast views overlooking the mountains added a lovely touch to my mornings.
